Refunds

Plans are digital files. Because files can't be returned once downloaded, all sales are final.

If a file is missing, damaged or won't open, email us and we'll replace it right away. Custom changes and add-ons we make for you are covered the same way: if what we deliver doesn't match what we agreed to, we fix it.
